The World needs Skills - India has the People...
There are 25 Crore K-12 Students in India who are Anxious to Learn and Lead.
What is missing is the platform that can teach 25 Crore students the same as it teaches 1 student - and it needs to teach what the world wants - life-skills - without structured classroom or teacher time.
Here's the 2 programs that will propel India to the front of the world stage:
There are just under 15 Lakh schools in India:
10 Lakh are government schools
4.3 Lakh have computers
5.7 Lakh don't have computers
5 Lakh are private schools
3.5 Lakh with computers
1.5 Lakh don't have computers
(Ministry of Education's UDISE+ data)
We have 2 Strategies:
#1 - Schools with Computers
7.8 Lakh schools - we provide the digital learning platform that will run on all of their computers, they just need internet access and a browser.
There is no need for any classroom time or to change how schools are teaching - this learning just takes 20-30 minutes a day, and doesn't require any teacher or classroom time.
As a matter of fact, we recommend the kids play the game outside the classroom, as only 15% of a child's learning time in the year is spent in the classroom - the other 85% is spent outside the classroom.
#2 - Schools without Computers
7.2 Lakh schools - we provide one laptop (we are able to convert discarded Windows laptops to Google Chrome, solving the e-waste issue for corporations and the government) for each school and that device is shared between all the students. Each student has their own login and password and start to experience the digital world.
The broadband access is donated by a leading mobile company like Jio or Airtel or Starlink (similar model as T-Mobile or AT&T in the US who are donating hotspots to the schools for the kids to take home).
There's about 2 million tons of personal devices (e-waste) disposed of in India every year, in the US that number is about 7 million tons of e-waste. The US discards about 40 million PCs/yr, of which about 25% are laptops = 10 million. If India is about 30% of the e-waste as the US, then that number is about 3 million laptops disposed of every year in India. There are plenty of laptops that can be converted into good Chromebooks that will equip the 720,000 schools without computers with 1 computer to start with.
These converted Google Chromebooks are fast and very simple and controlled by our central Google Classroom platform that allows us 100% control over what that Chromebook is used for.
What Will it Cost?
Scale changes everything. Right now we are in discussions with distribution partners to determine what "cost per school" would work for both the schools with and without computers.
We will have the cost structure in place by the beginning of November 2025.

These are the skills the Indian families will learn:
